Underage Drinking: According to the police report, an officer was dispatched to 2nd Street at 3:00 a.m. on Sunday, February 8 to investigate a noise complaint. Tenant John Lucchessi, age 20, greeted the officer and allowed him inside. The investigating officer found numerous intoxicated underage guests and called for assistance.
